Software Support
Software support is provided at our main facility. Skeye Systems are designed and developed from our and Long Island, New York facility. The output of this process is a Functional Requirements document that is the working document used to implement your system.

Before releasing the application software, Skeye Systems thoroughly tests the program. With the Functional Requirements in hand, and the software loaded into a copy of your company's hardware configuration, the auditors go through the program function by function looking for hidden problems. If an error is found in the application program, the problem is documented and sent back to the implementer to be corrected. After the error is fixed, the program must again pass through the audit procedure. Only when a program successfully passes audit is it released to the customer for integrated system test. In special circumstances with agreement from the customer, we will pre-release test versions of software to the customer for parallel testing and "look and feel" acceptance. Skeye Systems is extremely proud of its audit procedure.
